Our taxi fleet consists of late-model vehicles including Hybrid taxis and mini vans.  Our taxis regularly go through vigorus inspection and preventive maintenance program.

Bell Cab is the first taxi company in Los Angeles to add Hybrid taxis  to its fleet. With its fleet of Hybrid cabs, Bell Cab is the real green cab company.

Our taxicabs are equipped with newest automated dispatch technology including Passenger Information Monitor (PIM) for secure credit card transactions, Global Positioning System (GPS), and navigation system to ensure route accuracy and  timely response. At the end of each trip, you can get a printed meter receipt either handed to you by your driver upon request or your receipt can be sent to you vai email or text if you provide your email or cell phone at the time of reservation or at the end of your trip.

As a part of obtaining a taxi permit from LA DOT, all Bell Cab drivers are required to submit their criminal background records and are subject to pre-contract, annual, and random drug and alcohol testing. We only accept applicants with clean driving records who meet the Los Angeles Department of Transportation taxi driver requirments. The City of Los Angeles permitted taxi drivers must complete training and sensitivity programs. For your safety, all of our independent taxi drivers are licensed by the LA DOT and/or other municipalities.
